The newest community within the Ranch is currently under production. Entitled “The Lake Club”, the community will feature some of the largest and most exclusive homes in the area.
Developers hope that by February/March of 2006 site work will have begun on the 1,600-acre community, with ten model homes expected to open in the fall of 2006.
The first phase of the community will feature around 430 homes alongside a 12,000-square-foot Tuscan style clubhouse. The clubhouse, also named The Lake Club, will feature concierge services, a billiards room and lounge, two levels of swimming pools and a spectacular view over one of the many lakes in the community.
Around 770 single-family homes and 320 luxury condominiums will back on to the many lakes and preserves of The Lake Club, with many homesites featuring over one-acre of land, the biggest lots in Lakewood Ranch.
The community will be located east of Lorraine Road and north of University Parkway, with four security gates.
Styles of home available will include Mediterranean, French Country, classical and neo-classical, and the pool enclosures will blend with the architecture of the home as not to distract from the beautiful surroundings. Another aesthetic detail of the community is that none of the garages attached to the homes will face the street.
